COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc in International Management provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the global business landscape and the skills necessary to operate effectively within it. In the first semester, students engage with core subjects such as international business management, human resource management, marketing, and global strategy implementation, building a solid foundation in key management principles and practices. These modules emphasize strategic thinking, cross-cultural awareness, and the ability to make informed decisions in complex international contexts. The second semester expands this knowledge through courses in international trade, accounting and finance for business, global strategy, non-market strategies, business reporting techniques, and an international business project, allowing students to apply theoretical insights to practical challenges. Optional modules provide opportunities for further specialisation in areas such as innovation management, international finance, international political economy, sustainability and social innovation, and international retailing, enabling students to tailor their learning to their career goals. Throughout the program, students develop critical analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, alongside leadership and communication capabilities necessary for managing diverse teams and projects across borders. By combining rigorous academic study with practical applications and real-world projects, graduates are well-prepared to pursue careers in multinational corporations, consultancy, global operations, or strategic management roles in an increasingly interconnected global economy.
