COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc in Computer Vision, Robotics, and Machine Learning provides students with a rigorous and practical education designed to prepare them for careers in robotics, autonomous systems, and computer vision. In the first semester, students build a strong foundation in key areas such as speech and audio processing and recognition, while also selecting from optional modules including digital signal processing, computer vision and pattern recognition, satellite remote sensing, medical robotics, and artificial intelligence of things. These modules develop both theoretical understanding and practical skills, enabling students to engage with complex technological systems and applications. In the second semester, the focus shifts to robotics and advanced topics in computer vision and deep learning, supported by the core module on research, professionalism, and innovation, which equips students with essential professional and research skills. Additional optional modules allow students to further tailor their learning to areas such as AI programming, applied machine learning, and natural language processing. Across both semesters, students complete a 60-credit standard project, providing substantial hands-on experience in applying their knowledge to real-world challenges. This combination of core theory, practical application, and research ensures graduates are well-prepared for careers in robotics engineering, computer vision, autonomous systems development, or further research in artificial intelligence and related fields.
