The BSc (Hons) Business Management with Business Analytics degree combines core business management knowledge with advanced data analytics skills to prepare students for careers in data-driven decision-making. In the first year, students develop foundational knowledge in Operations Management, Accounting for Business Managers, Global and Sustainable Business Management, Organisational Behaviour and Analysis, Marketing, People Practices, Business Data Project, and Personal and Professional Development. These modules provide essential business understanding while fostering analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. The second year emphasizes data-focused business applications, including Management Information Systems, Fundamentals of Business Analytics, Analytics Tools for Business, Business Modelling, Simulation and Optimisation, Digital Business Project, and Working in a Global Context, with optional modules such as Business Law, Corporate Finance, or Digital Coding allowing further specialization. The final year builds expertise in applying analytics to strategic business decisions, with core modules in Social Media and the Digital Economy, Applied Analytics in Business, Project Management, and Supply Chain Management with Analytics, alongside the Business Analytics Consultancy Project, which provides hands-on experience in real-world business challenges. Optional modules in Leadership, Employment Law, Global Human Resource Management, Managerial Decision Making, and Global Trade offer additional customization.
