COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Psychology program offers comprehensive training in research methods, data analysis, and contemporary psychological topics, designed to prepare students for advanced research or professional careers. Students develop essential research skills through modules such as Designing Research for Psychology, Qualitative Research Methods, and Quantitative Analysis, learning to plan, implement, and interpret studies effectively. Statistical Programming in R enhances data analysis capabilities, equipping students to handle complex quantitative datasets. Research Apprenticeships in Cognitive, Social, and general Psychology provide hands-on experience, covering ethical approvals, experimental design, data collection, and analysis while working on active departmental projects under expert supervision. Optional modules allow students to tailor their studies to their interests, including AI Applications in Psychology, Advanced Statistical Methods, Evidence Synthesis, Human Sexual Diversity, and Social and Psychological Approaches to Sexual Health.
