COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Accounting and Management program equips students with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in accounting, finance, and management, preparing them for leadership roles in a global business environment. Core modules develop an understanding of accounting processes and techniques, financial statement preparation, management accounting, and the role of accounting in organisational decision-making. Students gain expertise in managing organisations across international contexts, integrating digital marketing strategies, and applying research methods to analyse business challenges. The program also includes a dissertation, enabling students to conduct an extended independent investigation within accounting, finance, or management, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills. Optional modules allow for personalised learning tailored to professional goals, including corporate finance, international finance, sustainability accounting and reporting, integrated logistics, project management, executive compensation, international accounting and taxation, financial reporting and markets, and risk taking and decision-making. Through this combination of theoretical knowledge and practical application, students develop the ability to measure and assess corporate performance, understand financial markets, and make informed strategic decisions in complex and uncertain environments.
