COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Management program offers a structured approach to developing contemporary management knowledge and practical skills across three terms. In Term 1, students study Managing Digital Transformation, which examines the emergence of the digital economy and the new opportunities it creates for global business. Strategic Operations Management provides tools and techniques to optimise operational processes and enhance organizational performance. Research Methods equips students with the skills to collect, analyse, and synthesise data, critically evaluate published research, and report findings effectively in business and management contexts. Term 2 focuses on International Management – Strategies and Solutions, exploring the challenges faced by multinational enterprises, including interrelationships, international issues, and negotiation strategies. Emerging Trends in Leadership and Management engages students with contemporary theories and applications of leadership, preparing them for dynamic decision-making in rapidly changing business environments. Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management examines the generation of ideas, innovation, and value creation, enabling students to sustain businesses and drive revenue growth. Term 3 allows students to apply their learning through the Applied Management Project, addressing a real business problem, and the Dissertation, which involves an in-depth academic study combining literature evaluation with primary research, often undertaken within the student’s workplace. Overall, the program integrates theory, research, and practical application, preparing graduates for strategic, leadership, and management roles in a variety of global industries.
