Training, Learning and Talent Development develops understanding of knowledge management and organizational learning, while equipping students with skills to design and implement learning strategies, including coaching. Developing Skills for Business Leadership enhances soft skills, promotes continuous professional development, and aligns knowledge and behaviours with CIPD standards. Performance Management emphasizes the role of performance appraisal and management in supporting organizational objectives. Leading and Managing People cultivates leadership abilities and people management expertise, while Managing Employee Relations explores employment relations theories, debates, and legal frameworks, enabling students to effectively manage workforce dynamics. The Business Research Report or Dissertation allows students to undertake a major, self-directed research project on a current HRM topic, developing advanced research skills. Throughout the program, students build a professional portfolio demonstrating their commitment to continuous development, preparing them for strategic HR roles in diverse business contexts.
