The MBA Global (Supply Chain Management) program is structured over two years to provide students with a combination of foundational business knowledge, specialised supply chain expertise, and practical experience. In the first year, students engage with core modules that cover key aspects of international business and management. Global Challenges explores major global trends, driving forces, and challenges affecting businesses and value chains worldwide. Global Marketing and Communication equips students with the tools to design and implement integrated international marketing strategies. Organisational Behaviour, HRM and Leadership develops critical understanding of leadership, organisational dynamics, and human resource management in global contexts. Global Strategy and Decision-Making focuses on evaluating strategic options and making informed decisions in dynamic, diverse markets. Strategic Financial Management provides insight into organisational financial strategy from both internal and external perspectives. Operations Management in the Digital Age examines principles, practices, and methodologies for optimising operations and supply chains in the digital era. Personal and Professional Skills Development 1 enhances resilience, ethical awareness, and professional competencies. In the second year, students apply their knowledge through the Capstone Project (Supply Chain Management), preparing reports and actionable recommendations for real clients. Personal and Professional Skills Development 2 further hones employability skills through workshops, while a work placement of up to eight months offers hands-on experience, industry exposure, and practical learning, preparing graduates for senior roles in global supply chain and operations management.
