The MBA Global (Hospitality Management) program is structured over two years, combining foundational business knowledge with sector-specific expertise and practical experience. In the first year, students engage with core modules that develop a comprehensive understanding of international business and management. Global Challenges explores the complex and evolving issues organisations face worldwide, while Global Marketing and Communication examines strategies for engaging diverse markets. Organisational Behaviour, HRM and Leadership focuses on managing teams effectively, developing leadership skills, and understanding organisational dynamics within the hospitality context. Global Strategy and Decision-Making equips students with the tools to analyse complex business environments and make informed strategic decisions. Strategic Financial Management provides knowledge in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making to support organisational objectives. Operations Management in the Digital Age introduces contemporary operational practices and digital tools relevant to hospitality operations. Personal and Professional Skills Development 1 enhances critical professional competencies such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability. In the second year, students focus on practical application and professional growth. The Capstone Project (Hospitality Management) allows students to tackle real-world challenges within the sector, applying theory to practice, while Personal and Professional Skills Development 2 (Hospitality Management) further develops leadership, project management, and strategic decision-making skills. A work placement provides hands-on industry experience, networking opportunities, and exposure to professional hospitality operations, preparing graduates for senior management and executive roles in the global hospitality industry.
