The MBA Global (Finance) program is structured over two years to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of business management alongside specialised finance expertise. Organisational Behaviour, HRM and Leadership develops the skills needed to manage teams effectively, understand organisational dynamics, and exercise leadership. Global Strategy and Decision-Making equips students with tools to analyse complex business environments and make informed strategic choices. Strategic Financial Management focuses on financial planning, investment analysis, and corporate financial decision-making. Operations Management in the Digital Age introduces contemporary operational practices and digital technologies, and Personal and Professional Skills Development 1 enhances essential competencies such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. In the second year, the program emphasises practical application and professional experience. The Capstone Project (Finance) allows students to apply their knowledge to real-world financial challenges, while Personal and Professional Skills Development 2 (Finance) further develops leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills. A work placement provides hands-on experience, professional networking opportunities, and exposure to industry practices.
