COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA Global (Entrepreneurship) program is structured over two years to provide students with a combination of core business knowledge, entrepreneurial expertise, and professional skills. In the first year, students engage with foundational modules that develop a broad understanding of international business and management. Global Challenges examines the complex issues organisations face in a globalised world, while Global Marketing and Communication explores strategies for effectively engaging international markets. Organisational Behaviour, HRM and Leadership focuses on managing people, developing leadership skills, and understanding organisational dynamics. Global Strategy and Decision-Making equips students with the tools to analyse complex business environments and make strategic decisions. Strategic Financial Management provides insight into financial planning, analysis, and control, supporting informed business decision-making. Operations Management in the Digital Age introduces contemporary operational practices and digital tools, while Personal and Professional Skills Development 1 enhances communication, teamwork, and problem-solving capabilities. In the second year, the program shifts to a specialist focus on entrepreneurship. The Capstone Project (Entrepreneurship) allows students to apply their knowledge to develop innovative business ideas, models, or ventures, integrating theory with practical implementation. Personal and Professional Skills Development 2 (Entrepreneurship) further hones leadership, project management, and entrepreneurial skills, preparing students to launch, manage, and scale businesses successfully.
