COURSE CURRICULUM

The Leadership and Management in Education program includes modules that focus on enhancing learning and development within educational organisations. The Developing Learning in Organisations module examines the management of learning and the wellbeing agenda, exploring the role of senior managers in implementing new curriculum initiatives and promoting effective assessment for learning. The Developing People in Organisations module is designed for current or aspiring leaders, focusing on the human aspects of organisational management.
