COURSE CURRICULUM

The program offers a robust set of modules designed to support students in their journey from conceptualizing their creative projects to successfully completing their Master's degree. In the Creative Context and Practice module (30 credits), students lay the groundwork for a coherent body of work by developing theoretical and historical frameworks and selecting suitable methodologies. This module focuses on formulating research questions and aims to guide creative exploration while honing presentation and discourse skills.The Professional, Academic and Research Development module (30 credits) prepares students for academic and professional success by enhancing critical thinking, communication, and project management skills. Students will create an action plan for academic growth and career development, define their goals, and reflect on their progress. This module serves as a valuable tool for navigating the challenges of the program and achieving long-term career objectives.In the Project Design and Development module (60 credits), students bring their project vision to life by applying research and creative skills to develop original solutions. Whether creating an artefact, exhibition, performance, or paper, students will evaluate and refine their work, learning to showcase their abilities through a final project that serves as a strong portfolio piece. This module plays a crucial role in preparing students for professional practice.Finally, the Project Evaluation and Resolution module (60 credits) focuses on polishing the final project by refining ideas and ensuring professional standards are met. Students will engage in constructive feedback and reflection, demonstrating their creativity, analytical skills, and ability to lead within their field.
