The Construction Design and Sustainability module (20 credits) helps you understand basic building design, sustainable construction principles, and the environmental challenges associated with residential and commercial property design. In the Introduction to Construction Measurement module (20 credits), you'll learn techniques for the quantification and measurement of construction works, a critical skill for a quantity surveyor. The Introduction to Law for the Built Environment module (20 credits) provides a foundation in the English legal system, focusing on tort and contract law as they apply to the construction industry.
