COURSE CURRICULUM

The Business and Marketing program is designed to equip students with essential skills for the modern business environment, focusing on key areas such as marketing strategies, digital content creation, and people management. In Year 1, students lay the foundation with modules in Business Accounting, Consumer Insights, and Digital Content Creation, learning the basics of financial management, consumer behavior, and digital storytelling. They also explore fundamental marketing principles and engage in virtual collaboration with international peers, developing critical thinking and communication skills. Year 2 delves deeper into advanced marketing techniques, with modules like Digital Marketing and Social Media, where students create and implement digital strategies, and Creative Communications, which focuses on the creative process behind impactful marketing campaigns. The Marketing Research Project offers students the opportunity to apply research methods to a live client, further honing their analytical skills. In Year 3, students specialize with modules like the Dissertation (Marketing), where they undertake independent research on a chosen topic, and Transformative Marketing, which explores the role of marketing in driving positive social change. The program concludes with Strategic Marketing in A Global Environment, where students apply strategic planning skills through a Marketing Simulation game.
