COURSE CURRICULUM

Year 1 of the Business Management program provides a solid foundation in key business areas. The Business Accounting module equips students with an understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and costing, helping them guide organizations toward financial control. Business Operations and Systems Management covers essential aspects of operations, including process design, supply chain optimization, and project execution, enabling students to drive operational excellence. In Discovering the Business Professional, students engage in virtual collaboration with international peers, enhancing cross-cultural awareness and communication skills. Global Business and Cultural Intelligence introduces students to ethical and cultural challenges in international business. Finally, Marketing Principles and Practice explores the role of marketing in organizational strategy, emphasizing segmentation, environmental analysis, and opportunity identification.Year 2 includes a Study Abroad (Year Long) module, allowing students to immerse themselves in a different culture while refining their knowledge and skills. This experience helps develop global awareness, language skills, and cross-cultural communication, all of which are valuable in the increasingly globalized business world.In Year 3, the focus shifts to strategic and international management. The Strategic and International Management module builds on strategy formulation and implementation, encouraging students to think critically about strategic issues in international business environments. Global Business Sustainability and Responsibility deepens students' understanding of global business challenges, including sustainability, governance, and the complexities of globalization. This module prepares students to design and implement sustainable business strategies that create value for society, the environment, and organizations.
