COURSE CURRICULUM

This BA (Hons) Business and Management degree offers a structured three-year learning journey designed to build strong business knowledge, practical skills and professional readiness. In Year 1, students develop key foundations through modules in accounting, business operations, analytics, people management, marketing and academic skills, gaining a clear understanding of how organisations function and how to succeed in university-level study. Year 2 strengthens employability and professional development while expanding knowledge in leadership, ethics, governance and sustainability, along with business venturing, decision making, international business and product management, helping students build strategic thinking and entrepreneurial awareness. In Year 3, the focus shifts towards advanced application and independent learning through modules in cross-cultural awareness, transformative marketing, research development, strategic management and a substantial independent study project, encouraging deeper critical analysis and real-world engagement.
