Modules like Human Resources for the Professional and Leadership, Ethics, Governance, and Sustainability prepare students to drive organizational change while maintaining ethical standards and social responsibility.In Year 3, students focus on specialization through modules like Dissertation, Contemporary Employment Relations, and Strategic and Comparative HRM.
