COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc International Business Management program at the University of Wolverhampton offers a comprehensive curriculum designed to equip students with the skills, knowledge and practical understanding needed to excel in global business environments. The Global Value Chains and Project Management module examines how organisations coordinate production, distribution and logistics across international markets, while developing project management expertise to deliver complex initiatives efficiently. International Business Context and Finance explores financial management, economic factors and global market dynamics, providing students with the tools to make informed strategic decisions in international contexts. Multinational Enterprise Management focuses on the organisation, governance and leadership of large, cross-border corporations, helping students understand operational challenges, cultural diversity and international business strategy. Strategic Global Marketing develops knowledge of marketing practices in international markets, including branding, consumer behaviour, digital marketing and competitive positioning, enabling students to design and implement effective strategies for global audiences. Complementing these core modules, the Masters Research Project allows students to undertake independent investigation into a significant international business issue, applying theoretical concepts, research methods and analytical skills to produce a rigorous and applied piece of work.
