Strategic Operations Management focuses on how businesses design, manage and improve operations worldwide, covering efficiency, supply chains, sustainability, quality management and operational excellence. Complementing these modules, The Masters Research Project gives students the opportunity to apply academic theory to practical business issues through independent investigation, developing advanced research, problem-solving and critical analysis skills.
