COURSE CURRICULUM

The Extended Masters and Enhanced Extended Masters are designed for students who hold an undergraduate degree but do not meet the standard entry requirements for a master’s program. These courses provide a structured pathway to develop essential academic, analytical, and language skills before progressing to the full MSc program. Over a full-time semester, students study four preparatory modules including Advanced Study Skills, Critical Thinking, Analysis and Evaluation, Statistics, and English, with the Enhanced course offering Business English. These modules equip students with the knowledge and confidence to succeed in a rigorous postgraduate environment, strengthening both academic and professional competencies. After completing this preparatory semester, students progress directly onto the core master’s course in International Business Management. The MSc curriculum covers a wide range of essential business topics, including Global Marketing in the Digital Era, Competitive Strategy and Innovation, Data Science Insights for Decision Making, and the Geopolitical Economy of International Business. Students also explore Global Sustainable Operations, Leading and Managing Across Cultures, and complete an International Business Management Project, which allows them to apply their learning to real-world scenarios. Overall, the Extended and Enhanced Extended Masters provide a supportive, skill-focused foundation for students, enabling them to build confidence, enhance employability, and gain the expertise required to thrive in a global business environment.
