COURSE CURRICULUM

This course offers a comprehensive exploration of project management and related business disciplines, designed to equip students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. All students are required to complete a set of core modules that include Principles of Project Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Team Dynamics and Leadership, Project Finance and Marketing, Research Methods, and a Dissertation, providing a solid foundation in managing projects and understanding organizational dynamics. In addition to these compulsory modules, students have the opportunity to specialize through optional modules. Those following the Computing route take Consultancy and Technological Innovation, which focuses on applying technological solutions to business challenges, while students on the Enterprise Management route take Managing Innovation and Change, emphasizing strategies for driving organizational transformation. The program also includes supporting modules tailored to specific student needs. Internship students are required to take Employability Skills and Employment, which prepares them for professional environments and enhances career readiness. International students complete the Learning and Professional Development module, designed to support their adaptation and growth in an international academic and professional context. Together, these components ensure that students graduate with a well-rounded understanding of project management principles, strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and practical skills applicable to a wide range of business and technology-focused careers.
