The MBA in Consultancy and Innovation is structured to provide students with practical, hands-on experience in managing real-world business challenges while developing leadership, innovation, and strategic management skills. The Base Camp Project introduces students to the fundamentals of consultancy and project management, helping them develop core skills in problem-solving, research, and team collaboration. The Group Consultancy Delivery Project provides the opportunity to work in teams on live consultancy projects, allowing students to apply their skills to real organisational challenges, engage with stakeholders, and develop professional communication and project delivery capabilities. The Individual Innovation Project focuses on independent problem-solving and creative thinking, enabling students to develop, plan, and execute innovative solutions to practical business issues while building confidence in managing projects autonomously. Finally, the Board Impact Project allows students to take their ideas into the organisational context, learning how to present and implement change initiatives effectively at a strategic level, influencing decision-makers and achieving tangible impact.
