COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc in Finance and Management provides a comprehensive curriculum designed to develop expertise in both finance and organisational leadership. Core modules in the autumn term, including Corporate Finance, Institutions in the Global Financial Market, Leading and Managing People, and Personal and Professional Development for Management and Finance, establish a strong foundation in financial theory, global markets, and leadership skills. In the spring term, students build on this knowledge with Accounting for Decision Makers in Management and Finance and Investments, enhancing their ability to make informed financial decisions and analyse investment opportunities. The program culminates in a Business Analysis Report during the summer, allowing students to apply their learning to real-world organisational challenges. Optional modules offer flexibility to tailor the course to individual interests, covering areas such as Business Communication Skills, Managing Organisations, Innovation and Sustainability, Marketing Management, Corporate Governance, Entrepreneurial Finance, Ethics and Organisations, Intercultural Communication in the Workplace, Managing Human and Industrial Relations, Multinational Financial Management, and Strategic Management. These options enable students to explore specialised topics in leadership, strategy, finance, and international business.
