Students also explore the impact of digital technologies through Digital Marketing and e-Business and gain essential knowledge in Financial Accounting and Finance, setting the stage for more advanced study.In the second year, the course deepens students’ understanding of professional practice and financial regulation. Business Professional in Practice focuses on employability skills and ethical considerations, while Performance Management and Taxation offer applied knowledge in financial planning and compliance. Contemporary Financial Reporting and Analysis teaches students how to interpret complex financial data, and Corporate and Business Law provides a legal framework for understanding business operations, contracts, and corporate responsibility.In the final year, students engage with higher-level concepts and industry-relevant practices. Financial Management and Audit and Assurance provide advanced insights into strategic financial decision-making and the auditing process. Emerging Trends in Financial Accounting encourages students to think critically about the future of the profession in light of technological advancements, regulatory changes, and global developments. The final module—either The Capstone Project or The Enterprise Project—allows students to apply their learning through a substantial piece of independent work, focused either on academic research or entrepreneurial innovation. Overall, the course develops both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, equipping graduates for successful careers in accounting, finance, and broader business roles.
