COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc International Business program provides students with the knowledge and skills required to succeed in a globalised business environment. In the autumn semester, students engage with modules such as Managing an International Organisation, Digitalisation and Global Business, and Responsible Business, alongside the Flying Start Leadership program, which helps develop leadership and professional skills. These modules introduce students to the challenges of operating across borders, the role of technology in transforming business processes, and the importance of ethical and sustainable business practices. In the spring semester, the focus shifts to practical applications of international business, with modules on Business in Europe and the Emerging Markets, Managing Entrepreneurial and Family Businesses, and Business Start-Up and Growth. These modules enable students to understand diverse business environments, assess opportunities and risks in emerging markets, and explore strategies for innovation and entrepreneurship. The summer semester culminates in an Independent Project, allowing students to apply their learning to a substantial research or practical project in international business. Throughout the program, students develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, preparing them for careers in multinational corporations, consultancy, international trade, and entrepreneurship. This MSc equips graduates with the expertise and confidence to navigate complex global business landscapes and drive organisational success.
