COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc in Business and Management is structured to give students a comprehensive understanding of key business functions while building leadership and strategic skills. In the autumn semester, students begin with the Flying Start Leadership program, a zero-credit module designed to prepare them for postgraduate study and leadership development. Alongside this, they study Strategy and the Competitive Environment, which explores how businesses operate in global markets, and Global Perspectives on Human Resource Management and Leadership Communication, which focuses on managing people and effective leadership practices across cultures. Additional modules in Marketing Management and International Accounting for Managers, worth 10 credits each, provide essential knowledge of marketing strategies and financial decision-making for managers. The spring semester deepens students’ expertise with Innovation Management, which emphasizes creativity and entrepreneurship, Operations Management, which covers the efficient running of business processes, and Strategy, Pricing and Competition, which develops skills in market analysis and strategic decision-making. The summer semester is dedicated to a 60-credit Independent Project, giving students the opportunity to apply their knowledge to a major piece of research or a business-focused project. This structure ensures that graduates are equipped with the practical skills, strategic insight, and global perspective needed to lead effectively in dynamic business environments.
