COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management program provides a comprehensive set of core modules designed to build expertise across global operations, sustainability, digital innovation, and strategic management. Modules such as Global Supply Chain Management and Managing Operations and Project Environments develop students’ understanding of international logistics systems, operational efficiency, and project coordination. Sustainable and Ethical Supply Chains explores responsible sourcing, corporate social responsibility, and environmental considerations within modern supply networks. Procurement Risk and Contract Management focuses on managing supplier relationships, mitigating risks, and ensuring effective contract performance. Digital Transformation and Supply Chain Management examines how emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, automation, and data analytics are reshaping business operations. Research and Practice in Projects and Logistics Management, along with Research Methods for Managers, equips students with analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills essential for evidence-based decision-making. Upon completion of these core modules, students choose one elective pathway—Work Placement, Business Consultancy Project, Entrepreneurial Development Project, Business Internship, or Business Dissertation—allowing them to apply their learning in a practical, research-based, or entrepreneurial context. Collectively, the program develops strategic, technical, and leadership capabilities, preparing graduates for advanced roles in procurement, logistics, and global supply chain management across diverse industries.
