COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Management program is structured to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of contemporary management practices, combining core business knowledge with leadership development and practical application. Core modules include Leading and Managing in the Digital Age, which explores strategies for navigating modern technological and organisational challenges, and Personal and Professional Development for Strategic Leadership, focusing on cultivating the skills and qualities needed for effective leadership. Students also study Business Data Insights and Analytics, gaining the ability to interpret and apply data to inform decision-making, and Digital Marketing Strategy and Globalisation, which examines marketing practices in an interconnected business environment. Modules in Accounting and Finance for Non-Financial Managers and Strategy and Transformation provide essential financial literacy and strategic thinking skills, while Ethical and Responsible Leadership for Sustainability and Innovation for Growth emphasise responsible, innovative approaches to business management. Research Methods for Managers equips students with the analytical and methodological tools necessary to undertake evidence-based projects. Upon completion of the core modules, students select an elective final project from options such as a Business Dissertation, Business Internship, Entrepreneurial Development Project, Business Consultancy Project, or Work Placement, allowing them to apply their learning in a practical context.
