COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc International Business program is structured around a series of core modules and a practical final project, providing students with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to succeed in global business environments. International Business Foundations and Trends introduces students to the key concepts, theories, and emerging issues shaping international commerce, while Cross-Cultural Leadership Skills focuses on developing the cultural intelligence and interpersonal abilities necessary to lead effectively across diverse teams. International Marketing explores strategies for promoting products and services in global markets, and International Supply Chain Management examines the complexities of sourcing, logistics, and operations on an international scale. International Financial Management provides insight into financial decision-making, risk management, and capital allocation within multinational organisations, while International Business and the Digital Economy addresses the opportunities and challenges presented by digital technologies in global business contexts. Globally Responsible Leadership and Citizenship develops understanding of ethical, sustainable, and socially responsible business practices. Upon completion of the core modules, students undertake a 60-credit final option, choosing between a Work Placement, Business Internship, or International Consultancy Project, allowing them to apply their learning in practical, real-world settings. This combination of theoretical knowledge, technical skills, and hands-on experience ensures that graduates are well-prepared to pursue careers in international business, consultancy, and management roles in multinational organisations.
