COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Entrepreneurship and Innovation program is structured around a series of core modules designed to develop the practical skills, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial mindset necessary for business success. Entrepreneurial Success 1 – Creativity and Ideation focuses on generating innovative ideas, fostering creativity, and developing strategies to turn concepts into viable business opportunities. Entrepreneurial Success 2 – Driving Transformation builds on this by teaching students how to implement change, drive growth, and manage projects effectively. The Digital Customer module explores contemporary digital marketing and customer engagement strategies, while Financing Your Business provides knowledge of financial planning, funding options, and investment strategies essential for startup and growth ventures. Innovation for Growth examines methods for sustaining and scaling businesses through creative problem-solving and innovation management. The Entrepreneurial Business Simulation offers hands-on experience in managing a virtual business, applying theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios. Research Methods for Managers equips students with analytical and research skills to make evidence-based business decisions. To complete the program, students choose one elective module for their final project, selecting from options such as a Work Placement, Business Consultancy Project, Entrepreneurial Development Project, Business Internship, or Business Dissertation. This structure ensures graduates acquire a comprehensive blend of creativity, strategic insight, practical experience, and research capability, preparing them to succeed in entrepreneurship and innovative business roles globally.
