COURSE CURRICULUM

The Audio Production postgraduate program at the University of Salford is structured to provide a comprehensive blend of practical and theoretical learning across three trimesters. In the first trimester, students focus on developing core skills in audio production, audio post-production, and audio theory, alongside exploring emerging technologies and digital culture, which equips them with an understanding of the evolving media landscape. The second trimester builds on this foundation, offering specialised modules such as spatial audio, recording studio design, and sound synthesis, while integrating research methods to develop analytical and investigative skills essential for advanced audio projects.
