COURSE CURRICULUM

The MA Fashion Business and Marketing program is structured across three trimesters, offering a combination of theoretical knowledge, practical experience, and industry engagement to prepare students for careers in fashion business, marketing, and entrepreneurship. In the first trimester, Fashion Industry Insight introduces students to the structure, dynamics, and key players in the fashion sector, while Resourcing Your Business focuses on operational and strategic planning, equipping students with the skills to manage resources effectively. Innovation for Growth explores methods for driving creativity and business development, encouraging students to generate and develop new ideas. The second trimester emphasizes practical application and sustainability. Entrepreneurial Business Simulation allows students to experience real-world business challenges in a controlled environment, while Circular Economy and Responsible Management highlights sustainable practices and ethical considerations in fashion. The Digital Customer module provides insights into consumer behavior, digital marketing strategies, and how to engage audiences effectively in an increasingly online market. In the final trimester, students participate in a Marketing Pitch and Industry Launch, applying their learning to present and launch business ideas in a professional context, receiving feedback from industry practitioners. This structure ensures that graduates develop a balanced mix of strategic insight, practical expertise, creative thinking, and ethical awareness, preparing them to succeed in the dynamic and competitive fashion industry.
