COURSE CURRICULUM

The Entrepreneurship and Business Management program is a three-year degree designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience needed to launch and manage successful businesses or contribute innovatively within established organizations. In the first year, students develop foundational skills in digital and business tools, understanding organisations, creative problem solving and decision-making, data analysis, business finance, and exploring the future of business. These modules provide essential knowledge in strategy, analysis, and decision-making. The second year builds on this foundation with professional development, project management, marketing to consumers in the digital age, and innovation skills for enterprise, alongside practical experience through Young Enterprise and live projects, allowing students to apply theory to real-world entrepreneurial scenarios. In the final year, the focus shifts to advanced topics such as business ethics and sustainability, leadership and management, strategic management, innovation and entrepreneurship, and launching and growing a business. Students also explore contemporary models for new business creation, consolidating their understanding of start-up development and management. Optional modules, including big data analytics, climate change, information security, technology innovation, investment management, or internships, allow students to tailor their studies and gain practical experience. Overall, the program combines theory, creativity, and practical application, preparing graduates to succeed as entrepreneurs or innovative business professionals.
