Project Strategy and Execution focuses on planning, organising and delivering projects effectively, ensuring they meet objectives, budgets, timelines and stakeholder expectations. Managing Agile Projects introduces students to agile methodologies, flexible planning and adaptive approaches that are increasingly important in fast-paced and technology-driven project environments. Leading Contemporary Project Management develops leadership, team management and communication skills, enabling students to guide diverse and multicultural teams, manage risks, resolve conflicts and inspire high performance. The Capstone Live Project integrates learning from all modules, allowing students to apply theory to practice by tackling a real-world project challenge, developing strategic thinking, problem-solving, decision-making and professional judgement in a practical context.
