Strategic Marketing, Global Brand Management and Digital Marketing Practice develop a strong understanding of how organisations create value through effective positioning, branding, global communication and technology-driven marketing activities. Financial Performance Management strengthens the ability to interpret financial information and make informed decisions that support organisational performance. Leadership and Change Management, together with Global Strategic Management, helps students understand how to lead people, manage transformation and align marketing activities with wider business strategy in international contexts. The Global Leadership program enhances leadership capability, confidence and cultural awareness, while the Pre-induction and Professional Development programs support ongoing personal growth, employability and career readiness.
