Business Research Methods provides the foundation for the Dissertation and Consultancy Project, enabling students to analyse real organisational issues and apply evidence-based solutions. Leadership and Change Management, together with Global Strategic Management, develops the ability to guide organisations through transformation while aligning people strategies with broader business objectives. Managing Across Borders builds understanding of international HR challenges, cultural diversity and global workforce dynamics. Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion in the Workplace emphasises fairness, ethical practice and the creation of inclusive organisational cultures. Principles of Human Resources Management introduces core HR concepts, while Human Resource Specialisations allow deeper exploration of areas such as talent management, employee relations, learning and development or reward strategies. The Global Leadership program enhances leadership capability, confidence and international awareness, while the Pre-induction and Professional Development programs support continuous personal growth, career planning and professional readiness.
