COURSE CURRICULUM

The Global Strategic Management module develops an understanding of how organisations formulate and implement strategies in an international context, helping students learn to analyse global markets, competitive environments and long-term business positioning. Digital Leadership and Data Intelligence focuses on how advanced analytics, artificial intelligence and data-driven insights can be used to optimise decision-making, innovation and organisational performance, while also building the leadership skills required to manage digital transformation. Managing the Global Supply Chain and Sustainability explores how global supply chains are designed, operated and improved, highlighting efficiency, ethical practices and environmental responsibility as essential aspects of modern business operations. Managing Global Trade and Operations examines international trade systems, regulations, logistics, risk management and the complexities of operating across borders, ensuring students understand how businesses function in a globalised economy. The Capstone Live Project brings all learning together through a practical, real-world business challenge, allowing students to apply strategic thinking, analytical skills, leadership capability and professional judgement to solve an authentic organisational problem. Collectively, these modules provide a strong blend of theory, technology insight, sustainability awareness and practical experience, preparing students to lead effectively and make informed strategic decisions in diverse global business environments.
