Global Strategic Management focuses on how organisations develop and implement strategies to compete effectively in international markets, helping students understand competitive positioning, market dynamics and long-term planning in a global context. Global Talent Management examines how businesses attract, develop and retain skilled professionals, emphasising leadership, motivation, diversity, performance management and the creation of productive, inclusive workplace cultures. Financial Performance Management for Decision Making builds confidence in interpreting financial data, analysing business performance and using financial intelligence to guide strategic and operational decisions. Marketing Communication and Strategy Development explores how organisations build strong brands, engage global audiences and design effective marketing strategies, highlighting the role of market insight, communication channels and customer value creation. The Capstone Live Project integrates learning from across the program by giving students the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills to a real business challenge, working on practical problem-solving, strategic thinking and professional communication. Together, these modules provide a strong foundation in strategy, leadership, finance, marketing and applied management practice, enabling students to develop a holistic understanding of how organisations operate and succeed globally while also preparing them to make informed decisions, lead teams and contribute confidently to business growth and innovation.
