This International Business program develops knowledge progressively across three years, helping students understand how global organisations operate and how international markets function. In Year 1, students gain strong foundations through modules such as Introduction to Accounting and Finance, which builds essential financial understanding, The Future of Work, which explores how work and business environments are evolving, The Global Economy, which examines international economic systems and their influence on business, and Marketing and Consumer Insights, which introduces how organisations understand consumer behaviour and market trends. In Year 2, learning becomes more applied with How to Change the World encouraging innovative thinking and problem-solving for real challenges, and International Business in Emerging Markets developing awareness of opportunities, risks, and dynamics in rapidly developing economies. Students can then tailor their studies through optional choices such as Enterprise Project Management, International Report, or Organisational Development and Total Reward, allowing them to deepen knowledge in areas of interest. In Year 3, learning is consolidated at an advanced level through Strategic Management, focusing on high-level business decision-making, and Managing International Trade, which explores trade systems, policies, and global business relationships. Career Project Skills and the Career Project provide professional preparation, practical experience, and the chance to showcase abilities for future international careers.
