In Year 2, learning becomes more specialised and applied with How to Change the World encouraging innovation and socially responsible thinking, Talent Acquisition and Onboarding focusing on effective recruitment, selection, and employee integration, Enterprise Project Management strengthening organisational and leadership abilities, and Organisational Development and Total Reward exploring how organisations design structures, reward systems, and strategies to enhance performance and employee engagement. In Year 3, students move into advanced professional preparation with Strategic Management developing high-level decision-making and organisational leadership skills, while Culture and Employee Relations deepens understanding of workplace dynamics, employee engagement, conflict management, and positive organisational culture. Career Project Skills and the Career Project provide practical experience, reflective development, and a chance to demonstrate expertise, ensuring graduates are prepared for impactful careers in HR, people management, and organisational leadership.
