COURSE CURRICULUM

This Business Management program is structured to steadily build professional knowledge, practical skills, and strategic thinking across three years. In Year 1, students develop a strong foundation through modules such as Introduction to Accounting and Finance, which develops financial understanding and decision-making skills, The Future of Work, which explores modern workplace changes, The Global Economy, which examines how international systems influence organisations, and Marketing and Consumer Insights, which helps students understand consumer behaviour and market dynamics. In Year 2, learning becomes more applied and career focused with core study in How to Change the World, encouraging innovation and problem-solving for real issues, and Enterprise Project Management, which strengthens organisational, leadership, and project coordination abilities. A wide range of optional modules allows students to tailor their learning, including areas such as international business, entrepreneurship, innovation, human resource leadership, customer analytics, digital marketing, and organisational development. In Year 3, students advance to high-level strategic learning through Strategic Management while also preparing for professional futures through Career Project Skills and an in-depth Career Project, supported by optional modules in investment, employee relations, international trade, and venture creation.
