In Year 2, learning becomes more focused on financial expertise and applied business practice with Financial Decision-making for Managers developing analytical and evidence-based decision skills, Enterprise Project Management strengthening organisational leadership and project execution capabilities, and Corporate Finance and Governance exploring financial structures, corporate responsibility, and governance frameworks, while How to Change the World encourages innovation and real-world problem-solving. By Year 3, students advance to high-level strategic thinking through Strategic Management, enhancing their ability to guide organisations effectively, and Investment and Portfolio Management, which builds specialist financial knowledge essential for careers in finance and investment sectors. Career Project Skills and the Career Project provide hands-on professional development, enabling students to demonstrate their expertise and transition confidently into finance-focused or broader business leadership careers.
