COURSE CURRICULUM

This Business Management and Entrepreneurship program is structured to develop entrepreneurial thinking, business understanding, and practical leadership skills across three years. In Year 1, students build essential foundations with Introduction to Accounting and Finance, developing financial awareness, The Future of Work, exploring how business and employment environments are evolving, The Global Economy, examining how international economic systems influence organisations, and Marketing and Consumer Insights, helping students understand customers, markets, and business positioning. In Year 2, learning becomes more applied and innovation focused with How to Change the World encouraging problem-solving, creativity, and real-world impact, Enterprise Project Management strengthening organisational, leadership, and project delivery capabilities, Entrepreneurial Opportunities developing the ability to identify, evaluate, and shape new business ideas, and Managing Innovation focusing on how organisations design, implement, and sustain innovative practices. By Year 3, students are fully prepared to focus on enterprise development, with New Venture Creation guiding them through the process of planning, launching, and managing new business initiatives. Strategic Management enhances their ability to make high-level business decisions, while Career Project Skills and the Career Project provide structured professional development and practical experience, enabling students to demonstrate their capabilities and prepare for entrepreneurial or leadership-focused careers.
