In Year 2, learning becomes more applied and analytical with How to Change the World encouraging innovative thinking and problem-solving for real issues, Managerial Decisions and Incentives focusing on how organisations and leaders make effective decisions, and Macroeconomics and Policy Interventions deepening understanding of national and global economic systems, economic policies and their impact on business and society. Enterprise Project Management further develops leadership, organisational and project coordination abilities. In Year 3, students advance to strategic thinking through Strategic Management, strengthening high-level business decision-making skills, while Contemporary Economic Challenges explores current global economic issues and how they affect industries, governments, and communities. Career Project Skills and the Career Project provide professional preparation, applied experience, and the opportunity to demonstrate expertise, ensuring graduates are confident, analytical, and career-ready.
