COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Corporate Finance curriculum at the ICMA Centre is structured to provide a strong foundation in corporate financial theory, investment banking practices and applied quantitative finance. The programme begins with core modules covering corporate finance principles, financial markets and investment analysis, where students learn how firms make financing and investment decisions under different market conditions.
