COURSE CURRICULUM

The BSc Bioveterinary Sciences with Foundation degree at the University of Reading is a four-year programme designed for students who want to build a career in animal health, welfare, veterinary-related sciences, livestock management, conservation, or animal research. The foundation year provides essential preparation in biology, ecology, sustainability, environmental science, academic skills, scientific communication, data analysis, and global challenges, helping students transition successfully into university-level study. The final year includes an independent research project where students design, conduct, analyse, and present original scientific research.
