BSc Construction Management and Surveying provides a broader management-focused education, emphasising project delivery, leadership, resource management, procurement, sustainability strategies, and construction operations, leading to careers such as construction manager, project manager, site manager, or development manager. All courses offer opportunities for paid industrial placements, including a year-in-industry option between the second and final years, allowing students to gain professional experience and develop industry connections.
