COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Supply Chain and Logistics Management program provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the strategies, tools, and practices required to manage complex supply chains in a global context. Core modules such as Decision Analysis for Managers, Project Planning and Management, and Strategy Making develop analytical and strategic thinking skills, enabling students to make informed decisions and lead projects effectively. Digital Logistics and Operations Strategy and Global Procurement and Supply Strategy focus on equipping students with the knowledge to optimise operations, manage procurement processes, and implement innovative digital solutions across supply networks. Responsible Supply Chain Strategy and Sustainable Humanitarian Supply Chains emphasise ethical, sustainable, and socially responsible approaches, preparing graduates to address environmental concerns, human rights issues, and the challenges of operating in crisis or humanitarian contexts. The Portfolio Based Supply Chain and Logistics Project provides an opportunity for students to apply theoretical knowledge to practical, real-world scenarios, integrating learning across modules and developing problem-solving, research, and project management skills. The program aims to produce graduates who are capable of designing and managing resilient, efficient, and sustainable supply chains, with the ability to adapt to changing business landscapes, respond to global challenges, and contribute effectively to organisations in management, consultancy, and leadership roles across the supply chain and logistics sector.
