COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc in Healthcare Management provides a structured program designed to equip students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for effective leadership in healthcare organisations. In the second semester, students continue the year-long skills module while studying Health Economics and Finance for Managers, providing insight into financial decision-making within healthcare; Digital Health and Innovation, exploring technology-driven solutions and transformation; Leading, Managing and Organising Quality and Safety in Healthcare, emphasizing strategies for improving patient care; and Research Methods for Managers, developing practical research and analytical skills. The program culminates in the dissertation, where students conduct independent research on a topic relevant to healthcare management, applying both theoretical and practical knowledge.
